Big news at Victory Field Operations—we’re excited to welcome Anne DeLisle as our new Director of Business Marketing!

Anne brings a strong background in Michigan politics, party leadership, and campaign operations, most recently serving as Chairwoman of the 8th Congressional District Republican Committee. She’s worked across campaigns at every level and knows what it takes to win.

Before joining VFO, Anne worked in Lansing for State Representative Bill G. Schuette, gaining valuable insight into state government and legislative operations.

She’s joining us at a time of major growth, and we couldn’t be more excited to have her helping us build, scale, and continue delivering results across the country.

Members of our Victory Field Operations team were on the ground across six rural counties helping one of our clients qualify for the ballot — and we didn’t just hit the target… we exceeded the signature goal.

Big news for the Victory Field Operations team!

I’m excited to welcome Luke Derheim as our new Senior Project Manager at VFO.

Luke brings an incredible background in political operations and campaign leadership. He previously served as Campaign Manager for Congressman John Moolenaar, District Representative in his congressional office, and Legislative Director for State Representative Bill G. Schuette. He also managed Bill Schuette’s campaign for HRCC Chair and has worked with both the Republican National Committee and the Republican Party of Virginia.

On top of that, Luke served as President of College Republicans at Saginaw Valley State University and now holds the title of President Emeritus — a testament to the leadership and impact he’s had even early in his career.

Luke understands campaigns, operations, and how to execute under pressure — exactly the kind of leadership we need as VFO continues to grow across the country.

Excited to have him on the team and looking forward to the big things ahead.
