Creating Memories By PH has been a two year small business building process. It's a journey that has taken my life in a completely different direction. Not only has it been both a learning experience but also an incredibly exciting time in my life! I create every tutu with so much love! It's very exciting to handmake each tutu, package it, and mail it off to it's new destination. So far I've mailed to TX, MD, and NY. I can't wait to add each and every state to the list.
