Luis is skilled in information technology, data warehousing and Business Intelligence solutions. Luis comes from a long history of customs brokers dating back to the 1920’s. Luis is an airplane pilot and an aviation enthusiast. Luis holds a Bachelor's from Texas A&M International University.
