Hey, it happens to the best of us.
When you’re hungry and only have a few minutes or bucks, fast food calls out to you.
YES, fast food tends to be high in calories. sodium and not enough fiber. But, there are some healthier fast-food options out there. You just need to know how to order.
That said I picked 5 healthier alternatives from popular fast food chains:
✅Taco Bell Grilled Steak Taco- I picked this because it has 12g of protein and it’s only 200 calories.
✅Pizza Hut Small Veggie Lovers Thin and Crispy Pizza- For 3 slices you get 12g of protein and 3g of fiber. This option is great for my vegan people🥬🥦🥬
✅Starbucks Feta Egg White Wrap- this wrap has spinach which is a good source of iron, and egg whites, which provide lean, low fat protein. It also has a good balance of fat and cheese, fiber from the vegetables wrap and protein from egg whites. It’s a total WIN with 20g of protein and 3g of fiber.( Just don’t mess it up by getting a high calorie drink. If you need to refer to my 100 calorie Starbucks drinks).
✅Chick-Fil-A Grilled Chicken Wrap Sandwich- This high in fiber and protein sandwich is a total win when you need to get a quick bite. Not only is it high protein but it’s also low in calories.
✅McDonald’s Cheeseburger: With 300 calories, 13g of fat and 15g of protein, it can be a calorically-conscious choice.
