MB Lamar Middle School

For the better part of a year, the dedicated kids in our Art Club and Art Camp crew have poured their hearts, energy, and creativity into this massive Fine Arts ground mural at M. B. Lamar Middle.

Watching these students collaborate week after week, problem-solve, and take total ownership of such a huge project has been absolutely inspiring. Every brushstroke represents their teamwork, patience, and school pride.

A huge thank you to our art teacher, Ms. S. Trowbridge, for sponsoring and guiding them along the way but the biggest round of applause goes to the students who worked so hard to leave their mark.

From innovative instructional strategies to cutting-edge technology tools, they are bringing back ideas that will help our students learn, create, and succeed. 🤖📚✨

The Nixon Freshmen Swim Camp is the perfect opportunity for incoming swimmers to sharpen their skills, build endurance, and learn from a program with a proud tradition of success!

SAVE THE DATE! July 21-23. Operation Border Health is scheduled for July 21-23, at the United South 9th Grade campus. Free services will include medical, dental, vision, and mental health services.

The LISD/UISD Driscoll Back to School Health Fair is scheduled for Wednesday, July 15, at the Games Auto Arena. School supplies, sports physicals, health screenings, and immunizations will be offered.
