One of Downtown Laredo's historic landmarks has a new chapter.
On Thursday, June 25, the City of Laredo - Government Community Development Department celebrated the ribbon cutting of the Southern Hotel Apartments. This project is a great example of preserving a building's historic character while contributing to the continued revitalization of downtown.
We love seeing historic preservation in action, especially when it creates opportunities that benefit the community
