LAST “OFFICIAL” WORKOUT DAY today at the facility! Thank you thank you thank you for all the support, friendships, the trust, and everything else that we have grown to enjoy throughout the years. It’s been a privilege to have had the chance meet and work with so many people over this time. As staff and as a community, we thank you!

But SPXF is not done! We’re not going anywhere... virtually! We are continuing with our programming. Although we are not face-2-face, we are offering workouts online.

We will be posting daily workouts based on the equipment that you have available that day. Don’t have a specific piece of equipment? Feel free to bounce around with movements or weight based on what you feel like or have available on any given day.

All workouts will be posted on the page here on Instagram and Facebook. These pages are PRIVATE. So if you wish to take part in our daily programming, please shoot us a text or an email and we can set you up!

As we grow and settle in, the program will evolve into much more availability as far as weekly Olympic Weightlifting and Endurance workouts.

It is with a heavy heart that we are announcing the closure of CrossFit SPXF. Our last day of classes will be on Thursday, Jan. 28th - details to come.

SPXF has literally been our second home for over 10 years, and SPXF members and coaches have been the greatest family we could have ever hoped for. It is hard to comprehend how many extraordinary people have become a part of our lives. When we set out to create SPXF at Kruger Field, then McPherson Park, we wanted to create a space for members that wasn’t work or home but had equal value in their lives.

It is an impossible job to thank all of the members and coaches who have walked through our doors. Ten years is a fair amount of water under the bridge. We’ve seen marriages, and babies, new businesses, heartache, and triumph. You’ve allowed us to become a part of the daily lives of thousands of people. We cannot begin to tell you how much our lives have been enriched by you, or to begin to thank you for such a cherished gift.

It was sometimes hard to appreciate that, pre-COVID, SPXF was a really busy place. In the 90 days before the shelter order, we hosted 200+ hundred unique bodies daily. Today, it feels like a ghost town and many of our coaches and staff have moved on. In addition to the thousands of other considerations we are facing as part of this crushing decision, one of them is how best to celebrate the ten years of community, fellowship, and family that has been created at SPXF.
