The Laredo Police Department is currently responding to an ongoing incident in the 5200 block of Frijolillo Dr. Specialized units, including the SWAT Team and Negotiators, have been requested to the scene.

This remains an active situation. Additional information will be released as it becomes available.

🚨🚨TIGER ACADEMIC SPOTLIGHT❗️❗️

This summer, the Martin High/Buckley junior Christopher Flores will attend the LEDA Scholars Summer Institute as part of Cohort 22.

During the program, he will participate in college preparation, leadership development, and academic workshops alongside students from across the country.

Christopher will attend both Princeton University and Yale University through the Summer Institute, where students strengthen their leadership skills, prepare for the college admissions process, and build connections with peers and mentors from diverse backgrounds.
