Accident with by Exit 3A South Bound on Interstate 35. A truck crashed into a construction vehicle. LPD is blocking left and middle southbound lanes. Use caution and expect significant delays.

🚨Accident by S. Meadow and Barrios🚨

There is an accident by the S. Meadow Bridge by Barrios. LPD is blocking off the southbound lanes from Meadow/Roosevelt. Use caution and expect significant delays. Use alternate routes of travel.

LPD Blood Drive !!

LPD Blood Drive begins tomorrow, June 2nd at LPD Headquarters at 10 a.m.!!

Please come and join LPD for it's blood drive, tomorrow at LPD Headquarters located at 4712 Maher Ave., starting at 10 a.m to 4 p.m.. To pre-register for the blood drive, there is a QR code attached to the graphic attached to this post. Our goal is to help the South Texas Blood and Tissue Center with as much life saving donations. Laredo PD promotes a new Lieutenant!

The Laredo Police Department would like to congratulate Sgt. Luis Mata who was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant. Lt. Mata was joined by his family, friends and his peers at the ceremony. We wish Lt. Mata all the best in his new supervisory role as Lieutenant at LPD.
