The homeowner called upon us, to repair a leak, despite their sturdy roof. So, we began our investigation from the bottom up. Sure enough, the true source of the issue was a neglected parapet wall and a punctured scupper on the exterior wall. Seems it was overlooked during the earlier roof redo. With our expertise, we resolved the matter using a thoughtful concoction of El Rey Stucco and sto plaster repair. To our surprise, the smoke stack required some care too. So, off we went creating a custom-made scarf to let the attic vent breathe once more. Now, the residence is looking as sturdy as ever, and the homeowner can finally enjoy a dry and cozy living space!

This building had some leaks in the roof and the parapet walls, Down spouts ,scuppers and the building I repaired and matched the stucco and re did the porches and roof and drywall and Painted the building the job was done four years ago and looks like it was done yesterday.
