Sun Ra Day 2026: Get Tickets Earth Libraries and Saturn are beyond excited to welcome back the one and only Sun Ra Arkestra for a very special evening of music on Friday, May 22nd, as part of this year’s Sun Ra Day Festival honor

This just got announced. Hope to see you in Memphis for an absolute spectacle of sight and sound this year. It’s truly an honor to play with so many amazing bands at such a cool festival. We’re going to have to pull out all the stops: Tesla coils, Van de Graaff generators, and, of course, an endless chain of handkerchiefs being pulled out of a jacket pocket — you know, all the heavy hitting science crap. Anyway, come out to this or we’ll have to come to your house, and we know your parents don’t want that.
