We are excited to begin Cohort 3 of Calm Impact’s Reflective Leadership Program this weekend!

Reflective leadership invites us to slow down enough to listen:
• to ourselves
• to our communities
• to the experiences of those we serve
• and to the impact our decisions have on others

Reflective leadership creates space for healing, intentionality, emotional intelligence, cultural awareness, and self-care.

Throughout this cohort, participants will engage in meaningful dialogue, personal reflection, community-centered leadership practices, and conversations that encourage growth both personally and professionally.

We are grateful for the amazing leaders in this year’s cohort who are willing to do the important inner work that creates stronger teams, healthier communities, and more compassionate systems!

Mothers are the keepers of story, culture, resilience, and community. Today we honor those who nurture not only families, but movements for justice, healing, and hope. Happy Mothers Day from Calm Impact!

Earth Day reminds us that care for community and people extends to the land, the water, and all living systems that sustain us.

We invite you to pause, step outside if you can, and reconnect with the land, with your breath, and with the deeper purpose that guides your work.
