IGRT is now offering Xofigo (radium Ra 223 dichloride) injections for castration-resistant prostate cancer (CRPC).

Xofigo is the first FDA-approved alpha particle-emitting radioactive therapeutic option to demonstrate an improvement in overall survival in patients with CRPC, bone metastases, and no known visceral metastases.
