Earlier I decided to check out my race prediction by Garmin on the Garmin Connect App, Garmin must have lots of faith in me to go beyond Hamm Sanmich and Beast Mode. 10k time is about right my goal is to get a sub 41 or 40 minute mark, 5k only time will tell which race to chase that 19 minute mark time in the 5k race. Half marathon is the one I'm really liking and that's my ultimate goal is to get close to that 1 hour 32 minute also the dream goal is sub 1:30 the 1 hour 29 minute mark and now is the time to go to work and train like I never train before I got time on my side. It's all about getting back to basics and be consistent, continuing to improve, overall just have fun and all the above. Let's Go Hamm Sanmich and Beast Mode to make this reality happen. Ya Dig 😁😉!!.

What's Happening Everyone! How's your day treating you so far? Another race day event episode is in the books 📚, this one being one of my favorite Go-2 half marathon racing events. Hospital Hill Run Half Marathon Race Day Event 🏁 🏥.. After the first 5k of the race I found a groove to get comfortable with my minute mile pace running, once I got settled down and not be all over the pace I got comfortable of settling in that minute mile running pace. Once that was settled then I really got into a groove and started having fun in the race and going further into mile #3 going up the first steep hilly hills I just use my technique movements that I've been working hard in my pace running workout training it was easy and didn't get burned out at all. I've seen people crash and burn 🔥 trying to race that uphill. That moment felt so comfortable that I told myself that keep this momentum minute comfortable running pace up and don't take the bait.

At times in half marathon races I got too comfortable and took the bait that cost me at the end, but I told myself that wouldn't happen this time around and just follow the plan and just have fun. This year marks my 5th time participating in this racing event that keeps me coming back to walk more. Wonderful awesome spectators that show awesome amazing support for the runners and this race is dear to my heart ❤️ and keeps me coming back to participate in this race event. My overall goal that one day in this race I want to get a half marathon PR time in this race and it can happen just gotta improve and all the above. On that note I will leave you with the usual ending quote, until next time at a racing event. Remember, whatever you do in life go all in at 110%, never give up hope throughout of adversity, always have a positive mindset and keep a smile on your face 😊. Just hours away I will be doing my half marathon #13 overall in my running journey, excuse me from last time I thought it was 11 but then when I counted it was 13 so excuse me for that. Lol hahaha 😆😂!! It's Race Day Eve! One of the kings 🤴🏿 of the hilly hills race day events, it's time for another race day episode event. The Main Event! Hospital Hill Run Half Marathon Race Day Event 🏥! WOOOOOOOOTTTTTTT!!! WOOOOOOOOTTTTTTT!!! This race is one of my favorite Go-2 half marathon races to participate, this race is also dear to my heart ❤️ it will be the 5th time that I participated in this racing event. 1 5k and soon to be 4 half marathon under my belt and it can't get any better at Hospital Hill Run. I will be rocking that Team White 🤍 outfit to go along with the race day theme, normally it's green 💚 but they changed it up this year. I'm excited to see what I can do out in this half marathon streets, and let it fly and most of all just go out there and have fun. Also got the race day music 🎶 playlist ready as well. Another edition episode of spoiling your mom day, as it should be on this day of celebration of Mother's Day. I said this thousands of times and I'll say it again, I would not be the man that I am today without you and thousands of thank you's for that. They say that a father raise son's to be men which that is most definitely true, but at the same time there are women that fill that role as well and this mother of mine right here did that very well. Words can't explain you mean the world to me and beyond. You are my best friend, homie, and all the above that I'm very grateful for you being my mother. God gave me the greatest gift 🎁 in the world that you are my mother I'm very grateful for that gift. With everything that you did growing up and beyond I'm very grateful for that. You are a role model, inspiration, hero, warrior, and so much more I am a image of you and I wouldn't change that at all.

Your a true definition of a champion mother who paved the way and beyond that I didn't understand growing up, as I gotten older over the years and reflect I see why and understand that path that you paved for us. I will continue to go on that path that you paved and beyond and do my very best and keep that going. You have an unbelievable strength 💪🏿 like no other that I couldn't never walk in your shoes 👟 for the sacrifices that you made and I'm very grateful for that. Today we went to The Basil Leaf Café and it was very delicious 😋 good food and also very good brewery beer 🍺 as well. That pomegranate brewery beer was spot on awesome amazing good, with amazing good vegan option food as well filled me up. All I want to say is thank you for making me the person that I am today, without that I wouldn't be here today. Also Happy Mother's Day to all the mothers out there and hopefully you enjoying your day. Happy Mother's Day mom and million more thank you. Love you so Myckael.
