Did you know the inventor of basketball, Dr. James Naismith, was also KU's first basketball coach? Today, he is being celebrated on Google's Doodle in recognition of the anniversary of the first article published about the sport.

Almost one month into online classes and our UNIV: First-year Seminar course, taught by our student service advisors, allow students to learn more about KU resources, enroll for upcoming semesters and connect with their cohort.

Recently we have updated the FAQ section on the ISS website. We have added new sections regarding what to do if you think you may be sick with COVID-19, and also tips on learning with online classes.
