🌟 Cesar Marques-Fuentes 🌟

We’re proud to recognize Cesar Marques-Fuentes, the leader of our Keystone Precision Metal division.

Originally from Pasadena, California, Cesar moved to Kansas after his older brother introduced him to the sheet metal trade. More than eight years later, he’s built a career defined by precision, craftsmanship, and pride in every project.

One of Cesar’s favorite projects is installing coping, because it’s highly visible and allows him to drive by years later and see the quality of his work still standing strong.

When asked what he enjoys most about Alpha Roofing, his answer was simple:
“The environment. Everyone knows what they’re doing, and communication is valued.”

Outside of work, Cesar is a devoted husband and father of three. His family is his greatest motivation. He also loves playing soccer and even fulfilled a lifelong dream by attending a FIFA World Cup match with his oldest son.

His advice to others?
“Treat others how you want to be treated.”
