Toohnii Running Project

This past weekend was our second year hosting the Ch'ooshgai Running Retreat and again, it was a success. The goal was to surround these young people with more experienced runners and the wonders Mother Earth has to offer.

Whether it be to run competitively, spiritually, or just as a way to take care of the self, we wanted to show these high school student-athletes that there is more than one reason to keep running throughout their lives. We sure hope in the four days together they will get a sense of that and apply it into their own journey.

Hiking to the east face of the Chuskas...

Just now registered 28 runners for the 38th Annual Narbona Pass Classic 2017, all who will be participating in this year's Ch'ooshgai Running Retreat.

Herb says he hadn't run competitively in 504 days. It didn't matter, Nat and I were all happy he was running at all. To all who are associated with Herb. He is running for NMSU again this year. You all can do the same. Keep up with your studies and be determine to work hard. Blessing to you all the same!
