We are looking for a handicraftsman. This person needs to be experienced in residential and light commercial remodeling, improvement and construction process. This person will be asked to complete light electrical, light plumbing, painting, flooring, framing, trim work and more. This person needs to be capable of keeping themselves and a job site organized. This person will also need to be able to clearly and concisely communicate with customers on a regular basis.

Basic Duties/ General Remodeling Skill (not limited to):
- All phases of carpentry
- Insulation
- Drywall work
- Painting and finishing
- Tile work
- Siding
- Trim
- Onyx installation
- Light plumbing
- Light Electrical

Requirements
- Remodeling and construction knowledge - Knowledge of
code and building standards
- Will be required to drive to various job sites around the
Lawrence and Topeka area. Must possess a valid driver's
licence.
- Show up on time, daily, ready to work and ready to exceed
customer expectations.
- Committed to completing jobs on-time and on-budget. Will
work the necessary hours to get a job done.
- Must pass a background, credit and drug check
- Understand and speak English
- Verifiable references
