Help Wanted: On-Site Manager for New Wildcat Storage Facility in Mountain Green, Utah

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to manage a brand new storage facility? We are seeking a dedicated and motivated On-Site Manager for our state-of-the-art storage facility featuring 450 units in beautiful Mountain Green, Utah.

Position Details:
Location: Mountain Green, Utah
Facility: New storage facility with 450 units
Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday
Living Arrangement: New on-site apartment provided

Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the storage facility
Provide excellent customer service to clients and potential tenants
Manage unit rentals, payments, and maintenance requests
Ensure the facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained
Conduct regular inspections of the property
Assist with marketing and promotional efforts
Requirements:
Previous management or customer service experience preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Must be able to work Tuesday through Saturday
Ability to live on-site in provided apartment
Reliable, responsible, and self-motivated

Compensation:
Competitive salary with potential bonus for performance
On-site apartment included

Start Date:
July 7th (Candidates will need to complete training prior to this date)
