Although we dearly miss our customers and the good times we had, its unfortunate that this post is not announcing a reopening of The Base.

This post is to show support to our Kitchen Managers/Chefs Beatriz and Norberto on their new endeavor. Introducing Spice Cuisine food truck. https://www.facebook.com/SpiceCuisineLayton

Craving our Philly cheesesteak, Burgers, French onion soup, some amazing Mexican food, look no further. Let them know you are a Base regular.

Tuesday-Sunday in front of Hobby Lobby in Layton. Like and follow their page. Thank you for your support back then and now.

Spice Cuisine The paradise of "traditional Mexican cuisine" Where tacos and traditional Mexican food come to life and hamburgers seem to have gone through a beauty contest. And those Philly cheesesteaks! Did someone tell you they were Mexican? Long live the merger!

It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that we announce the closing of The Base Restaurant and Bar. Our last day will be March 24th, 2022. We want to thank all of our wonderful guests and employees for supporting us over these past 13 years as Bostons and the last 2 as The Base Restaurant and Bar. We thank you for making this our home where we have welcomed thousands of guests and employees over the years. We are extremely humbled that so many embraced our restaurant and that we were able to succeed as long as we had. We could not have done it without all of you.
With some luck, look for us in a future location.
