1 of my good friends, and also a badass client that absolutely destroyed the last 4 weeks of her program! She's now going into cycle 2 of her bodybuilding program, we both can't wait to see what happens by then end of cycle 2.
4 week difference, and already seeing a world of transformations! Better posture is even there! Down 2.5 inches around my waist and you can see it! Still have a long road ahead of me, but I'm closer than I was yesterday! Brick by brick. Brick. By. Brick.

At Lions Pride, I've found a coach, and a community. Because of this support I've started competing and learning how to powerlift is one of the best things I've ever done. It's improved my physical, mental and emotional health. I feel much more knowledgeable about my body and what I can do at the gym. I've also found a great group of people and friends.
I've built strength, feel more confident in my body and more grounded overall. I've also learned that results aren't just a number on the scale. I can't recommend this community and gym enough!

Trainer Tip Tuesday:
Are you lifting with the correct bar? Chances are you're probably not, especially if you train in a commercial gym. Squat, bench, and dead should have a dedicated bar to get the most out each lift. Squat bars will be more rigid, dead bars, should have whip, and bench bars rigid to right in the middle of the 2.
If you train with the proper bar for these lifts, you'll be able to tell a big difference on how the weight moves! we have all the bars for each lifts! Come give it a try and see what you've been missing out on!
