We are one of the oldest powerlifting clubs in Utah. We are a powerlifting club that is based out of Roy, UT. We train 4 times a week.

PSM Barbell wants to wish our coach, leader, & mentor a HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! Without you Coach none of us would be who we are today. Your impact on powerlifting in Utah is felt across just about every gym in this state. From your coaching, your records, and even the equipment you build with your barehands. Hey all!!
It is Relentless time!!! August 10th in M is fast approaching!
We have three lifters this competing year Laura Kramer, Brandon Bunn, and Tractor Baptist. They are raising money for HopeKids! HopeKids is an amazing NonProfit that puts on a calendar of free events for children with life threatening conditions and their families so they can just be kids! They can spend time with like kids and families going through similar struggles. These kids get to be free from Dr appointments, from procedures, and tests. They get to be kids!!!
