One of the most exciting steps in the home-building process is the new home orientation with the builder! Today, my client and I walked through their new home from top to bottom, making sure everything is ready before closing.

During this walkthrough, we:
🔹 Use blue tape to mark any cosmetic items or touch-ups that need attention.
🔹 Review all of the home's systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical panels, and appliances.
🔹 Learn important maintenance tips and warranty information.
🔹 Conduct a detailed review of every room to ensure the home meets expectations.

This is a great opportunity for buyers to ask questions, understand how their new home works, and make sure any final items are addressed before move-in day.
