As Memorial Day approaches, we would like to remind everyone that The Lebanon City Cemetery is NOT funded or maintained by the City of Lebanon, despite our name.

Our cemetery is privately supported and operated entirely through the purchase of burial plots and the generous donations of our community. Those funds help us pay our office staff, maintain the grounds and all of our equipment, care for the landscaping, and keep the cemetery beautiful and respectful for all the families who visit their loved ones here.

Memorial Day week is one of the busiest and most meaningful times of the year for us. We are honored to serve the many visitors who come to remember and celebrate those who have passed.

If you would like to help support the ongoing care and maintenance of the cemetery, donations can be made:
• In person through our office during business hours
• By mail to our P.O. Box 1521 Lebanon, Mo

Every donation, no matter the size, helps us continue caring for this special place for our community and future generations.

Thank you for your support, kindness, and for helping us preserve the beauty and dignity of The Lebanon Cemetery.

The process of picking up the flowers and items on the ground has begun today. Today we are trying to pick up as much as we can and tomorrow June 4th we will be putting them in a giant pile in the office area for the public to search for their flowers or to grab new flowers before they are disposed of. We will also being going through the pile tomorrow and taking out items we feel need to be kept, other than flowers. Those items will be held in the office.

THANK YOU!!!!!!

Just a reminder that June 2nd will be the last day to come and pick up your flowers that are on the ground before our team rounds them up on June 3rd to resume mowing and w**d eating. The flowers in vases and on top of the headstones are fine and will remain there. But any items or flowers on the grass will be picked up on the 3rd. Please come and pick up any flowers or items you wish to keep by June 2nd.
Any items (not flowers) that are left by June 3rd will be put into the office for a week or two to give out of town people time to come and collect anything.

Thank you all for making our cemetery come to life with beautiful colors!
Much love, Lebanon Cemetery
