Just finished up this project for J Schmidt Homes. We excavated the basement, installed the underground utilities and graded the site.

Customer had a very deep recurring sinkhole. Excavated the area and found a bad joint on an 18” storm drain. Repaired the joint with hydraulic cement and then encased it with ready mix.
