Integrity Inspections

A post in my timeline from my HVAC career! Still chuckling over this years later! For those who may not know what is going on here, the filter was in the furnace for so long it got sucked into the blower and made an impression of the end of the blower motor on the filter from accumulated dust. :)

"The last time someone came out from your company a couple of years ago, they charged me a lot of money just to tell me my filter was dirty and said that was all that was wrong. My A/C isn't working again, and my husband just replaced the filter last week and now we don't have A/C. Y'all need to come out and tell me what is wrong this time!"

I have a feeling this is the filter we replaced two years ago.

I also feel like when the Husband gets home from work tonight, he will be a very unhappy person.

Another commercial roof inspection today. Aside from an improperly installed furnace vent flashing and a bird's nest on top of a gutter, not too much to see here.

PS: The customer was complaining of a leak above a drop ceiling, and guess what the issue was.... The furnace vent termination! Go figure...
