This project has been in the works for a few years now. We had several setbacks which kept putting the project further out. One being needing geotechnical reports completed due to poor soil content. After testing came back the conclusion was over excavate 18” and place crushed rock in lifts. But even with all the setbacks this job is going to be so awesome. Retaining walls going in next. Then a channel drain, exposed aggregate finish and lots of drain pipe to help mitigate the water issues. We still have a long way to go but the wait is worth it. More photos soon.
