Led by Jenny McCoy, Marissa Bergman, Christa Hyson, France Ficke, and Ken Williams, this training is essential because it equips IT professionals to stay calm and act decisively during high-stress crises, such as medical emergencies. By mastering hands-on response skills, the team can now minimize injuries, ensuring that critical county infrastructure remains resilient even during unexpected events.
