The girls laid some beautiful eggs yesterday.
I love being able to provide my little family our own food. 🥰

Outside of our new goat house is complete!!
And pretty sure they will be living higher class than us!

We’ve got lots of fresh chicken eggs in an assortment of beautiful colors available. They come in 12 or 18 packs. And have the most dark and rich yolks. 🐓 🥚 🪺

It cost less than $10 for 4-6 people when shopping at Aldi’s including the salad mix and the dye free strawberry applesauce! 🥰

Homemade Bagels 🥯😋
Consider buying homemade or even making your own!
I’ve included a list of what ingredients are in typical store bought bagels compared to homemade that consists of:
Active Dry Yeast, Water, Bread Flour, salt, sugar and vegetable oil.
Ours are $6 for a dozen. Can be done in any flavor or combination. Pictures is (left to right) everything bagel, sesame seed, cheese, and plain.

One thing I personally struggle with is eating out. Wendy’s 4 for $4? Yes please.
I’m working on becoming a better cook so I want to start posting my meals as I’m also trying to better my cooking and find affordable filling meals.
Below is my favorite Breakfast Skillet that only cost less than $9 at Walmart (cheaper at aldis) and serves 3-4 people!
I buy block cheese and shred it myself to save money! Sometimes we add onions and peppers too!

On top of selling farm fresh eggs we’re going to start offering baked goods! Everything will be made with fresh ingredients and if they’re ingredients from a store it will be from ALDIs. 🫶🏻
Half the profits will go to the kiddos of the homestead as this is their favorite thing to do! 🥰

Did you know we sell our eggs unwashed and washed?
Unwashed eggs can last for 2 weeks at room temp on the counter, and about 3 months in the fridge!
We can also wash them and they will still last 2 months in the fridge!
I currently have 3 dozen. $4 with no return cartons and $3 if you return cartons! 🥚🐓
