Tejon Ranch spans 270,000 acres at the crossroads of California’s economic regions. Of that total, 240,000 acres are permanently preserved for habitat, open space, and working landscapes. This scale of conservation reflects a long term view of the land, one that balances economic development with the responsibility to protect natural resources for generations to come.
