18-Minute Kettlebell AMRAP Challenge
β’ 5 Clean + Squat (Right)
β’ 5 Clean + Squat (Left)
β’ 10 Push-Ups
β’ 10 Walking Lunges per Leg
β’ 10 One-Arm Swings per Arm
β’ 20 Bicycle Crunches
Set your timer for 18 minutes and complete as many quality rounds as possible.
This workout combines strength, conditioning, and core work into one nonstop challenge.
