18-Minute Kettlebell AMRAP Challenge

β€’ 5 Clean + Squat (Right)
β€’ 5 Clean + Squat (Left)
β€’ 10 Push-Ups
β€’ 10 Walking Lunges per Leg
β€’ 10 One-Arm Swings per Arm
β€’ 20 Bicycle Crunches

Set your timer for 18 minutes and complete as many quality rounds as possible.

This workout combines strength, conditioning, and core work into one nonstop challenge.
