Good morning! My name is Troy Wilson and I am the new owner of Kenneth Lawn and Labor. Gabriel Hays, the founder, has done an excellent job the last three years taking care of all your service needs and we hope to continue to build on this foundation.

Let me tell you a little about myself and my family. I grew up in St. Joseph, MO and started mowing lawns at the age of 12. I started commercial lawn mowing and landscaping at the age of 16. The business continued to grow through high school, graduation from Missouri Western State University, and graduation from Asbury Theological Seminary. It was at the age of 26, after being married for 5 years with 4 children, that we decided to sell the business located in St, Joseph, MO and Nicholasville, KY.

My wife and I have been married for almost 30 years now, and have 5 children and 4 grandchildren. I am blessed to be one of the pastors of our wonderful church, Heart of Life Church. We also own one small business that has grown significantly over the past 5 years. One thing that has stuck with me through all my years of employment and involvement in ministry and nonprofit organizations is a love for creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces for homeowners and business owners to enjoy.

We are personally looking forward to taking care of the existing customers of Kenneth Lawn and Labor while being available for new customers as well. We created a new rock bed with beautiful 2” Missouri Rainbow Rock, trimmed up all the bushes and trees, created new beds for pea gravel, pulled all all w**ds and debris, created new mulch beds, and much more!
