2 MAJOR 🔑s when doing Landmine Presses…1) Have enough space between the bar & you! If you jam yourself too close forward, it could cause you to over-extend your lumbar spine, potentially leading to an injury! 2) Imagine you are a ROTISSERIE CHICKEN🐔 with a spear straight through the crown of your head, all the way to your tailbone! Keep your 👀 gaze forward, relax your neck, and have an “UPHILL”, athletic intent! Landmines are some of our favorite movements!💪What’s your favorite Landmine Exercise? Let us know🤔👇

BOX SQUAT 101‼️👇These cues go for any kind of box squatting (DB, Unilateral, etc.)Most importantly… keep your torso with it’s natural forward lean as you “tap” or “sit” on the box,DON’T lose that braced and strong posture! Box squats are a great variation to build REAL lower body strength, improve hip mobility, and get those legs looking nice!😏💪

4️⃣ TIPS for BARBELL FRONT SQUATS🔥👇🏽1. If you intend to use a “Front Rack” Position, then make sure you protract your shoulder blades, creating the space to take pressure of the wrists, and the leverage to safely mount the load in front of you (without choking you either LOL)2. Slide your HEELS-IN! As weird as this may sound, if you intently align your heels with your anus… this enables what is called your “Q-Angle”, which is your most balanced posture. I’ll do a future video on Q-Angles.. but for now, HEELS IN!3. As you desend, focus on keeping your torso LONG & WIDE! The tensegrity of your torso WILL make or break each rep. This is also the hardest tip to execute.4. Focus on “MELTING” or “FOLDING” into your ankle-joints. This will allow a natural “pitch” of your shin forward, creating space for the hips to drop as your knees get out of the way…Try these 4 tips - and let me know which one helped you the most!💪🏽😁What movement should we breakdown next?🤔👇🏽
