Good morning! We're ready for your calls, and to answer any questions you may have about possible claims from last night's storms. First things first, if your roof is leaking get a tarp up there as quickly as possible to prevent further damage, and call a REPUTABLE roofing company to inspect your roof BEFORE calling the claims department. Please be patient...we will have a lot of calls meaning the roofing companies will as well! We're also happy to advise anyone, not just our clients. We know a lot of you have "1-800" companies and talk to someone different EVERY time you call. Not here. You'll either get Bret, Pete, Dillon, or Ashley. Each of us ready to help! Hey all, be safe tonight with this weather and don't panic if you get hail. We recommend calling a reputable roofer BEFORE filing a claim. They know best! If you file a claim and there's no evident damage, you'll have a claim on your record which can't be removed. We'll be back in the agency tomorrow to help further! Be careful if you're out and about!

Don't trust the door knocker roofers that will be in the area tomorrow!

Just a reminder, take 5-10 minutes and walk through your home with a cell phone and grab some quick videos of the interior, your belongings, and the exterior too! This could be the difference in getting like-kind and quality replacement in the event of a loss.

Hey everyone, Pete here! We've had very limited access to this page recently and appologize for the lack of posts. Trying to get it sorted out with Meta at the moment, but it's proven more difficult than it should be.

Just wanted to wish everyone a very safe and Happy Thanksgiving from the Bret Ballentine Agency family to all of you, and yours!

Our offices are open until around 3pm tomorrow, and will open again Monday, 12/1 at 8am. However, we will only be available by phone. No in-person appointments until we resume regular office hours next week. If you need immediate assistance with one of your policies over the holiday weekend, please call 1-800-FARMERS. They are available 24/7/365!!!

Well, Summer's finally over. For some of you, that's fantastic news. Others, not so much.
