This UV Safety Month, stay protected against the ultraviolet rays by
• Using SPF 30 or higher, reapplying every two hours
• Wearing protective clothing, such as wide-brimmed hats or UV-blocking sunglasses
• Avoiding direct sunlight from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• Avoiding tanning beds and sunlamps, which produce harmful UV radiation

Friendly reminder: sunscreen matters! Apply 15 minutes before heading outside and reapply every 2 hours, especially after swimming or sweating.
