February 5th is National Women In Sports Day. As a coach, I want to express my pride for my female athletes who work tirelessly to be their best in their respective sports. It's a privilege to coach and watch them grow into strong, capable athletes.

As an athlete myself, I'm grateful for my teammates who motivate me through every game and practice. We're meant to be in this industry together, and I'm thankful for their talent and camaraderie.
