Getting outside for a morning walk is one of the BEST things you can do for your health and change the whole outlook of your day.
Getting outside in the morning:
-resets your circadian rhythm and helps the body produce more melatonin at night
-boosts mood, energy and motivation the rest of the day
-calms the nervous system for a healthier stress response the rest of the day
-not to mention all the cardio and exercise benefits
I literally get so excited to go on my morning walks and always feel so much better after. I put in my headphones and get to spend some alone time doing something I love before pouring into my family and clients the rest of the day.
When I don’t do my morning walks I notice I have a lot of trouble falling asleep and my energy is lower. If you want somewhere to start with your health - this is it!

My go-to breakfast when I don’t have anything planned: Greek yogurt parfait. I keep these ingredients on hand at all times for a quick high protein and high fiber breakfast.
3/4 cup Greek yogurt (non-fat is higher in protein but full fat taste better IMO…I buy both)
2 T chia seeds (one of the highest fiber foods on the planet)
Small handful of Purely Elizabeth granola
Berries
Drizzle of honey
