I created this format help coaches, teachers, and anyone who works with large groups! Fostering positive culture is vital to the success and learning of any team, classroom, and/or office. I have seen a dramatic drop off in connection post covid. My goal is to help leaders create an environment where everyone in the group feels noticed, accepted, supported, and loved. Creating an environment where people can be vulnerable takes work, but the reward far outweighs any struggle.
