Successfully Speaking

In a recent seminar on how to “Speak, Sound, and Look Like a Leader,” we addressed various aspects of communication.
Visual communication
We make a first impression as soon as we enter the room or stand in front of an audience. What is our visual communication telling people? Are we strong and confident, insecure or defeated, open or closed off? Our posture may communicate about us before we even speak. Make sure your posture gives the right message.
