Matthew Police has been a valued employee at AssistedCare since 2019.

Matthew finds great fulfillment in supporting those who cannot fully care for themselves. He truly enjoys getting to know his clients and participating in the activities they love. Outside of work, Matthew enjoys playing video games and visiting the beach.
Matthew also shares excellent advice: "Have patience with your client. Don’t give up on them because they are having a bad day."

Marlene Evans has been a LPN at AssistedCare since 2023. Marlene chose nursing because of her deep empathy and desire for meaningful work. She particularly enjoys working one-on-one with clients, as it allows her to understand their specific needs and preferences. Her primary goal is ensuring her clients are healthy and happy.

Outside of work, Marlene focuses on her mental and physical well-being by exercising and spending time on the water, which she finds restorative.

Marlene’s advice to others in the field is to remain dedicated and maintain a positive attitude, even during challenging days.
