HAPPY BIRTHDAY BFF!!! Celebrating my ride-or-ride!!! Mango Cake with Swiss Meringue Buttercream

Every year, I use my birthday as a chance to try something new with my cake…sometimes a new flavor, sometimes a new design. This year, I decided to do both.

My theme was Cherry Blossoms…both in flavor and design. Though the decorations weren’t edible, I poured hours into crafting each delicate flower and branch by hand, and I loved every moment of it.

But what made this cake truly special wasn’t just how it looked…it was the meaning behind the Cherry Blossoms: A Symbol of Renewal and Hope.

Every bloom tells a story…of starting again, of courage after the cold, of beauty that returns in its own time.

Cherry blossoms remind us that no matter how long the winter, new beginnings always come.

Spiritually, they teach us to:
