Whenever I first arrive at a listing to shoot, I always like to walk through first and pickup the vibe. Every home reflects the people living there. Pinball machine in the living room – bachelor, airplane memorabilia – pilot, well designed – fans of HGTV.

But every now and then you enter a home with a very unique style. This agent has a knack for bringing me Kansas City landmarks. I love the feel of this home. The owners are truly lovers of art and I would love to sit in this living room and talk about the French Renaissance.

Last summer I finished shooting a house in Olathe and as I walked towards my car, I happened to look down the street and saw this. The only thing missing is Andy Griffith playing his guitar on the front porch.
