I’m excited to share about Me in Mind by NAMI, a free resource created for children ages 5–13. Through engaging, age-appropriate activities, kids can learn about emotions, coping skills, self-awareness, resilience, and asking for help.
Whether you’re a parent, teacher, school counselor, or caregiver, this is an incredible resource to help start conversations early and give children the tools to understand their mental health.
The earlier we teach kids that all feelings are okay and that it’s okay to ask for help, the stronger the foundation we build for their future.
Please share this with someone who works with children, you never know who might need it.

Schizophrenia is a complex mental health condition that is widely misunderstood and stigmatized. It’s important that we all hear from people living with the condition as well as their care partners to understand the real story behind the challenges and success of the treatment journey, including how long-acting injectable treatment options may be an appropriate part of comprehensive care.
Let’s work together to break stigma!
