As we come to a close on 2023, we all should all be reflecting on how we can be better, do better and serve better in the years to come. This reflection, if done with the right intention and vision in mind, will lead to a change that will impact generations to come.
At Finan Chiropractic, our reflections have led us to some pretty big changes for our future. We have strived to bring quality Chiropractic care to the Kansas City community, over the last thirteen years and we are constantly asking ourselves, how can we do better? With much reflection we have decided to collaborate with other like-minded practitioners and expand into other markets within the Kansas City area.

We're here to help! There are some things you can do at home to help keep your upper body in great shape between visits.
β οΈ Remember β οΈ
Always ask your Chiropractor about the best stretches and exercies for your specific treatment plan. Deal? π
π« Neck stretches: Start by gently tilting your head to the right, hold for 15 seconds, and then repeat on the left side. You can also tilt your head forward and hold for 15 seconds, and then tilt it backwards for another 15 seconds.
π« Shoulder stretches: Interlace your fingers behind your back and raise your arms up as far as you can, hold for 15 seconds. Repeat this stretch several times.
π« Arm stretches: Hold your right arm straight out in front of you, and use your left hand to gently pull it towards your left side. Hold for 15 seconds, and then switch sides.
π« Upper back stretches: Sit in a chair and clasp your hands together, raise your arms above your head, and gently lean to the right, hold for 15 seconds. Then lean to the left for another 15 seconds.
π« Lower back stretches: Lie on your back with both knees bent, and gently pull one knee towards your chest and hold for 15 seconds. Repeat with the other knee.
