We are replacing a lot of existing downspouts diversions that are clogged with roots or debris’s. No downspout diversions are ever maintenance free.
Check your sump pumps now! The water table or ground water will be raising over night which can cause a delayed flood later tonight or tomorrow morning. Check your gutters and make sure they aren’t overflowing or clogged. Check your window wells. They almost always fill up from the bottom up unless a gutter is overflowing above them.
