I will be teaching a Beginner Run Training Adult Continuing Education course in Levittown beginning Tuesday March 24th at 7 p.m. The course will run for 8 weeks, teaching beginning runners and those with some experience an overview of run training needed to complete and/or compete in a 5k run/race!
