Emily!!! Where do i even start!? Your dedication to your prep this year has been flawless for the last 3 and 1/2 months. You have been spot on with every meal, every workout, every check in. And your hard work pays off tomorrow! Day 1 of Miss Ohio USA! Congratulations on getting your modeling contract with MMG ! Excited to watch you take the stage tomorrow & Saturday to do what you do! 💪🏻👑

Prep done for the week! Did you know that chicken can be frozen after it's been cooked?! My meal prep is done for the week and since most chicken is only good in the refrigerator for 4 days after being cooked, I pre-portioned all of my serving sizes and vac sealed and will pull it out the day before needed! If you are having difficulty finding a lot of time to prep, try to cook multiple weeks in advance! 💪🏻🐔
