Registration dates are based on class level as determined by the number of credits that students have earned at the time of registration (currently enrolled credits do not apply).
Seniors, Post-baccalaureates: 90 completed credits or more
Juniors: 58–89 completed credits
Sophomores: 26–57 completed credits
Freshmen: 0–25 completed credits
Web registration for Spring 2022 will be available at 8:00 A.M. each date during the Priority Registration period. Only currently enrolled students may register prior to open registration.

Bio
I am a member of the Nez Perce Tribe and have lived on my reservation my entire life. I have a bachelors and masters in social work. I am a nontraditional student as I decided to go to law school after I started my family and career. Whether you start law school right away after finishing your bachelors or wait until later, that is a personal choice and both have pros and cons. But for me going back later has proven to be difficult and rewarding. Imagine trying to read while a two-year-old is crawling all over your back or screaming in the background of a zoom class because he only wants to be on his mama’s lap. But without my family, this would not be possible.

What advice would you offer to incoming 1L Law Students?
Use a planner and put as much as you can from personal and professional responsibility. Share the calendar with needed family members so that everyone is on the same page. We often get busy in school and those reminders come in handy to stop working and eat or get going to your next activity. Working out helps on stressful days, so if you have a hobby, keep doing it! Make time for something other than school for your own sanity. The professors here are an amazing support system for those bad days and really want us to succeed, so ask questions. They may seem scary at first but they are very personable and easy to talk to.
