So I had a post up from a customer who came in today has had a history of needles in her bottles which we have been nice enough to excuse with a warning on two occasions and today after cashing her bottles she went and got her friend who comes back a full half hour later stating we were miscounted. No matter who it is I always take these things serious whether i believe them or not. After checking the camera two times counting with the employees the count was correct. People think because thy have 10 liquor bottles thats gonna get you seriously paid. Well its not its $1.50 on top of a bunch of one liters 18.40 is exactly the amount that was counted. I offered to round up to 19$ even though the count was correct but during this she began telling me “I am going online and trashing this place” look one thing we pride ourselves on is an accurate count we don’t allow any nonsense if we have employees that cannot catch on or sadly up to no good they simply will not be there. We have had a lot of the same people for a long time and they do not take from customers. I watch cameras I test them and if a mistake is made we make it right. However we are not going to be bullied by less fortunate folks who make poor choices and don’t like the phrase “I am sorry but the count was correct” we have a right to make a profit in this business and it is a tough business but to give money away simply because someone needs the extra 1$ to make it 20$ is not something we are willing to do. I did remove the post as I am more than willing to accept criticism that is valid I am not going to keep a post up that trashes our business for no valid reason. We appreciate our community members who know we do right by them and we always welcome new customers. We always welcome precounted bottles in a clear bag so we can see them however we have the right to count any order. Sadly certain folks also abuse the precount honor system as well. This customer was told to leave today as I put up with the behavior long enough and as stated before have even went above and beyond by not stopping returns after used needles were dumped out. We are a busy business because we have built our name on trust please feel free to come see us and judge for yourself.
