Today is National Hydration Day! Remember to stay hydrated, especially in the summer heat! It keeps your body going, keeps your organs (including your skin!) healthy, and makes sure you stay cool. Grab a reusable water bottle from the bookstore or the Perch to help you keep your hydration in check 💧
